Delivery charges
The delivery charge is worked out automatically at checkout from your delivery address and the items in your cart. You pay one charge per order: if an order has items of different sizes, only the charge for the largest item applies.

Inside Dhaka means addresses in Dhaka District. Everywhere else in Bangladesh uses the outside Dhaka rate.
Delivery times
- Inside Dhaka: usually within 24 hours of our confirmation call. Rental and refill bookings are scheduled with you on the call.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the district and the courier or transport service.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are confirmed on the next working day.
Stock for most items is confirmed by phone after you order. If an item is not available, we tell you on the call and you can wait, choose another model, or cancel at no cost.
How delivery works
- You place the order online or by phone or WhatsApp.
- We call you on the number you gave to confirm stock, the delivery address and the time.
- We dispatch the order. Inside Dhaka our team delivers. Outside Dhaka we use a courier or transport service, and we share the tracking or contact details.
- You check the item and pay cash on delivery.
Oxygen cylinders
Oxygen cylinders are pressurised. Inside Dhaka we deliver them ourselves. For other districts we tell you on the confirmation call how the cylinder will be sent, and whether it travels filled or empty, because some couriers do not carry filled cylinders.
Paying on delivery
- Cash on delivery is available for all orders.
- For rentals, the refundable deposit is also paid in cash at delivery, with a copy of the patient’s or renter’s NID.
- Please check the item before you pay. If something is damaged or missing, tell the delivery person and call us straight away.
If you are not at home
We call before we arrive. If no one can receive the order, we arrange a new time with you. If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason, the delivery charge may be payable.
