What the Sed Bangla warranty covers, how long it lasts for each type of equipment, and how to make a claim.
Manufacturer warranty
Branded machines carry the warranty given by the manufacturer or importer. We tell you the period before dispatch and it is written on your invoice.
Sed Bangla support
We handle warranty claims for you. Inside Dhaka we collect the machine; outside Dhaka we arrange the courier.
30-day repair warranty
If the same fault comes back within 30 days of our repair, we fix it again free of charge.
What is covered
Every product sold by Sed Bangla is covered against faults in materials and manufacturing. How long the cover lasts depends on the product:

What is not covered
- Damage from drops, liquid, misuse, or not following the user manual
- Damage from unstable electricity or voltage surges. We strongly advise using a voltage stabiliser or IPS with concentrators and breathing machines.
- Normal wear: filters, masks, tubing, cushions, tyres and batteries wear out with use
- Machines opened or repaired by anyone other than Sed Bangla or the authorised service centre
- Missing or altered serial numbers, or a missing invoice
How to make a warranty claim
- Call or WhatsApp +880 1895-654304 with your order number or invoice, and describe the problem. A short video helps.
- We try to solve simple problems over the phone first.
- If the machine needs service, inside Dhaka we collect it. Outside Dhaka we arrange a courier.
- We repair or replace the faulty part, or the machine, under the warranty terms, and return it to you.
If the patient depends on oxygen or a breathing machine, tell us when you call. Inside Dhaka we will try to arrange a rental machine while yours is being serviced.
After the warranty ends
We still service and repair the equipment we sell. See medical equipment repair in Dhaka. Inspection is ৳500, which we waive if you go ahead with the repair.
