What we confirm before you buy used
Before you buy, we confirm for the specific unit:
- Condition: Used or Refurbished, with the visible wear described. We say Refurbished only when the restoration work for that unit is documented.
- Age: year of manufacture or purchase, where known.
- Hours: the machine's hour counter or usage report.
- Test results: an oxygen purity reading for concentrators, with the date it was measured.
- Cleaning: what was cleaned or replaced.
- Accessories: exactly what comes with it.
- Servicing history and warranty, or a clear statement that there is none.
Before you buy any used medical equipment
- Ask for the hours or usage report and the original invoice.
- Ask to see it working, and for a test reading where one applies.
- Replace personal parts such as masks, tubes and filters.
- Check whether the model has a safety recall.
- Follow your doctor's advice on settings and use.
New, used or refurbished?
New means unused, in the original box, usually with a manufacturer warranty. Used means it has been used before. Refurbished means used and then restored, which we only claim when the work is documented for that unit. A used machine can save money, but it carries unknown wear and usually no manufacturer warranty, so compare the saving with the new price first.
Questions
How do I know if a used item is available?
Each listing shows its availability. We show Available or Limited availability only when we have confirmed the unit in the last 14 days. Otherwise it says Contact to confirm availability. Message or call us and we will confirm the current unit, its condition and the price.
Why is there no price on used items?
Each used unit differs in age, hours and condition, and stock changes quickly. So we quote the final price for the specific unit when you contact us, before you decide. Nothing is charged online for used items.
Is used medical equipment safe?
It can be, if the unit works to its specification and personal parts are replaced. That is why each listing records hours, readings and cleaning. Ask your doctor whether a used machine suits the patient.
Is there a warranty on used equipment?
Used items have no manufacturer warranty unless the listing says so. Any Sed Bangla warranty for a specific used unit is written on its listing and on the invoice.
Should I rent instead of buying used?

How much does delivery cost?
The same as new items: see delivery information. You pay one delivery charge per order, shown at checkout.
How do I buy a used item?
