Pulse flow: check with the doctor first
- This machine gives oxygen in pulses when the patient breathes in. It does not give continuous flow.
- Pulse flow is not right for every patient, for example during sleep or for patients prescribed a continuous flow. Ask the patient’s doctor before buying.
- Keep it away from flames, smoking and heat, and charge the battery as the manual says.
Who it is for
Patients whose doctor has approved pulse-flow oxygen and who need a longer battery for travel. Always follow the patient’s doctor on the settings and type of equipment.

Home oxygen and backup
A portable concentrator gives pulse-flow oxygen for time away from home. For all-day home oxygen, a 5L or 10L concentrator with continuous flow is usually the right choice. In Dhaka you can also rent a concentrator.
